Baking baking
I baked these 3 days ago. They are Double chocolate muffins and they are super delicious! I used dark chocolate and almond slices. The recipe calls for cream instead of butter. I love the texture of these muffins and I feel like they are lighter. I made them not too sweet and just the right amount of chocolate. Just perfect. My cousin even said they are restaurant quality hihihi so happy.
This one is almond crisp. Almond crisp has been so popular a while back in my country and they are surprisingly quite expensive. I first tried when my brother bought it either from Solo or Surabaya I can't quite remember. They are sold between IDR50.000-65.000 per jar I guess. Then I found a recipe for this, been quite a while actually and just decided to try today. Not so pretty looking and thin but taste good tho. Everything made with love and best ingredients will always turn out good, right?
