White chocolate almond cookies. The recipe calls for pecans actually but I planned to use my pecans for another recipe so I used almonds instead.
As always, the cookies aren't too sweet and since the white chocolate chunks inside add just the right amount of sweetness. Tastes just perfect. Comforting. Paired with tea or warm milk.
The texture isn't like common cookies, this one is a bit dry and sandy just like sand cookie or French sable cookie, but not as dry. Super tasty of course!




Thinking about a new name for my pastry shop. My current cake shop name is Buttercup dessert. Pretty cute I think but later I will be serving pastries too.
