Pastry life

First Class of my pastry journey was making fruit salad which is basically we learn how to cut fruit and plating it. We also made simple syrup.
I got inspiration from Pinterest hahaha didn't look as nice tho.

 I historer-ed the grape by the way, Chef asked to present at least 1 grape and do one of the technique.

 We also learned to cook sugar and see the stages of the color changing. Super fun!
